1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the data you provide: name, mobile number, email, location of the works, type of property, approximate area, type of work required, expected timing, the description you write and your preferred contact method.

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools that identify visitors.

3. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request, schedule the visit and prepare the quote — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• If you go on to commission the works, the data will then be processed for the performance of the contract and to comply with legal obligations, in particular tax obligations.

We do not use your data for marketing, nor do we sell it to third parties.

4. How long we keep the data

If the works do not go ahead, the data from the quote request is deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If the works are commissioned, we keep the data for as long as necessary to perform the contract, cover the guarantee on the works and comply with legal obligations.

5. Who has access to the data

Only Borges Construtora and the technical service providers needed to run the website and email (hosting and message delivery), who act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@borgesconstrutora.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).

7. Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações)
